As part of our process, we work closely with insurance companies to ensure that all necessary documentation and billing procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.
Direct Billing
Our primary goal is to make the process of obtaining medical equipment, medical supplies, and home modifications as seamless as possible for our patients. To that end, we bill insurance providers directly for eligible claims. Our billing department ensures that all information, including diagnosis codes, medical necessity documentation, and appropriate procedure codes, are provided in accordance with the insurance company’s requirements.
Benefits Verification
We will verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to equipment delivery. This helps avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and ensures that the insurance company would potentially cover the necessary equipment. In the event that a claim is denied, we will assist patients in understanding the reasons for denial and work on their behalf to resolve any issues.
