About Westside Medical Supply
Westside Medical Supply is a family owned and operated company that has been providing medical equipment solutions to the Upstate New York region since 1999.
The corporate office is a 20,000 square foot facility located at 765 Elmgrove Road in Gates, a suburb just west of Rochester, NY. Ron Nettnin, President and CEO, started Westside in 1999 with his wife Sonia. He has guided the company to becoming one of the leading DME complex rehab equipment providers in the state.
Over the years, Westside Medical Supply has become known for their expertise with wheelchair and wheelchair repair, scooters and finding the right choice for your specific needs. Ron’s extensive experience in custom rehabilitation and wheelchair seating technology combined with a successful track record in home health care operational management, has led to the rapid growth and continued success of Westside Medical Supply as a top medical equipment provider.
With two locations in the Rochester area, Ron is committed to the western NY area, although recent contracts are allowing him to pursue the states needs further. Ron is also an ATP RESNA certified, which is now required by Medicare and other insurance companies in order to provide certain Complex Rehab wheelchairs. His 26 years of experience and hands-on approach with both his customers and his employees makes him one of the leaders in today’s industry.
Westside Medical Supply has become the clinician’s choice for all things related to complex rehab equipment and wheelchair repair and service. With our RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professionals, factory trained service technicians, a premier billing and process management system, and cutting edge software and technology enhancements, Westside Medical Supply is ready for further growth and expansion in the medical equipment industry despite continued cuts in reimbursements.
